Ballistic: Advanced Edition App Reviews

My first experience with a ballistic program. I love it. Its great to have quick access to the bullet trajectories for my pet loads for the dozen or so rifles I load for and shoot with.

Awesome app. I have used it for some of my recent hunts and it is spot on.

I watched the QuickStart video on YouTube and had it figured out in a few minutes. The library has a lot of rounds in it, and if it doesnt have your round, easy to find info on the Internet.

I love this thing. If you have a chronograph then its even better, very good.

I have been using this program several months for long range and competitive shooting and it is easy to use and meets all my needs.

I thoroughly enjoy the expansion of merely intuitive sensory input to breakdown and categorize all aspects of distance and terminal ballistic performance at range.

Still a ways away from getting comfortable with the app. But it has met all my expectations and the video tutorials are a great help.

The app works its easy to use, but they claim it works with kestrel link, Which I had already, unfortunately if you want to link you will have to pay 19.99 for that capability. Its not from kestrel its a lock ballistic app has on their app

This is a great app. Good selection of ammo, but could you please add .460 mag ammo ASAP.

Never shot past 100. Went out to a 600yd range and wasnt hitting the target, down loaded the app (friend recommended it to me) and put in my info and hit the target the first try after using the app and adjusting my scope accordingly. The data base on this app is very impressive and if you enjoy shooting, its very worth it!

Im new to high power shooting. I use this app for tracking my progress at the range. I plan to join CMP matches in the future and to start reloading my own cartridges. I can already see how this app will be useful for a long time

Ive used JBM for years as an online tool. The ability to have this in the field and make real time adjustments is amazing. I credit JBMs trajectory cards with two moose at over 500 yards with heavy crosswinds both times. If you want to become a better marksman, this is the app to buy.

When first i purchased this app, I was very hopeful that the reviews were legit and that i would be thankful for getting it. I am! Just as others have said it is only as accurate as the info you install into it.

Ballistic AE is by far the best ballistic program for the iPhone. It was highly recommended by the instructors at SAAMI and it has lived up to their billing. I will also say that tech support via email has been excellent.

As regular shooters, my friends and I have tried out a number of ballistic apps at the range. Ballistic is without doubt our favorite, we all use it every time, Ive even got it on my iPad too! Useful, informative, fun and easy to use! The new Ballistic App Facebook page has been a great way to post and share comments and pics of our setups and groupings with other shooters.

No other app has as many options for someone who loves to shoot. Ive tried a lot of other ones over the years but this is easily by far the best. Also the customer support is great. They really listen and care. Keep it up!

Ive had this app for a few years, and have grown to really love it. When you put in accurate data it gives you superb shooting solutions.

Been using this app for over a year now and it has been absolutely fabulous. Wouldve missed a lot of shots without it. Not only will it give you great data but you will learn a to about long range shooting just by tinkering with it. Great work JBM team!
