This is by far the best ballistics calculator Ive ever used. If you shoot long-range and are in the market for a no BS tool this is the one for you.

I love to shoot, and when I started getting into long range shooting and hand loading, my dad and brother told me about this app. Its fantastic! Itll read current weather, wind, etc., and then tell you what ballistics you can expect with the load you are shooting. I like to find the bullet with the best ballistic coefficient and then calibrate a load that gives me the most accurate and best velocity for long range shots. Once Ive gotten several velocities, I can compare them with this app and know what to expect when I go to the range. I think Ive still only scratched the surface of what it can do, but I absolutely love it! I cant do without it. Thanks for a great product!

This app has it all. Extremely accurate and very easy to use. The only complaint I have is inputting my own reticle to use in the rangefinder section. I wish it would be a little easier to use. Full control of the screen with the reticles would be nice, like being able to move the reticle around with your finger. Still a 5 star rating as the app does everything thats truly important.

This app is the perfect pocket tool for ballistic use when at the range or in the stand when you want that edge to ensure the best shot possible at almost any distance. The library of bullets available along with their corresponding BCs is an invaluable resource in my opinion.

Always spot on. By far the best ballistic app Ive ever used. Good enough for several top placements in PRS style matches!

Downloaded this morning. Screen is locked on trajectory. No response from any pick point.

The app will not open. It is locked up on the Trajectory screen. I didnt mind paying for the app, but I was expecting it to work.

This is a great app. It has tons of features, some of which I and others may not ever use. Ive used it at the range several times now and I really like the Target feature. However, I have to give it 3 stars. Theres more to an app than just features. For me, support and usability go a along way and that is where this app needs some help. First of all, the documentation is lacking. I see they finally put a user manual out there which is good, but its still incomplete. Ive worked in the software industry for a long time and have written several user docs; and this one is average at best. The developers response to this is "go buy such and such a book on ballistics to get an understanding of ballistics...." Thats pretty weak. For a $30 app, write a decent manual. I spent $30 on another app several years ago and the user manual is incredible, it details how to use every single feature and/or field. And they update it with every release. Another complaint that I have--and have seen it posted by others--is that I have to purchase a separate ipad version for another $30. Thats pure greed. I have a hard time believing that it cost that much more to develop an ipad version; it all works on the same OS. Most app developers dont do this; especially at this price. And, if you want to use your Kestrel, thats another $20. So $80 to use across all of your iOS devices and Kestrel??? Finally, developer response to issues is lacking. I reported an issue with incorrect Feet Per Second showing up when I load a favorite. The FPS from the previous bullet does not get updated with the correct FPS from my favorites, resulting in inaccurate calculations. I have to completely reload the bullet data, which makes the entire concept of Favorites useless. I reported this in June 2016 and was told to "reboot the iphone." After that didnt work, "delete and reinstall the app." After that didnt work, I never heard back and the issue still isnt fixed. So, for now 3 stars.

Ive downloaded several ballistic apps. This is my go-to for everything. Its accurate and simple, yet allows me to input and tweak what I need.

I have a lot of shooting applications both IOS and Windows based. This is the pest app I have found to completely help my shooting. The support is awesome, Curt sent me additional information when I inquire about the scope sections. I just wish updates for newer rounds and bullets were available. However, that is just a suggestion not a complaint.

App also locked on start up but I managed to get it to work. Its incredibly complicated for what it is. Might be a useful tool for F class hand load scientists, but for average shooters looking for info on barrel length related velocity changes or simply calculating holdovers etc its not user friendly AT ALL. Cartridge menu is severely limited for common calibers and incredibly hard to adjust variables without being a pre existing subject matter expert. Save your money and just use the Internet unless you are a hard core dedicated long range specialist. For regular shooters just looking for a way to check the effects of different zeros, velocities, etc this is a ridiculous choice.

Simply gets the job done! Accurately calculates what you need to hit your target. Great for competition shooting. For long range it takes Coriolis into account.

Great app! Its a go too for all my loads! Never hit the range without it.

Best app for ballistic calculations.

I use it almost daily and when I set up a new scope to get the distances for the mil dots. I also use it to help my friends set up their mil-dots. When I chronograph the loads its spot on and close for factory loads. I have checked my loads to 600 yards and they match perfectly.

iPhone 7 plus user here and the "favorites" function is not functional, so it makes using an absolute pain. If they would fix this issue, so that I can have a firearm configuration and round favorite list to quickly choose from, it would be perfect.

Awesome application for precision long range shooting. All the functionality and options you need - highly configurable - most popular loads already in the included library.

I purchased this app thinking I could use it on my iPad which was not the case. For a $20 app it everyone should be able to use it without paying an additional $20. Will use the Mil-Dot Ballistics app on my IPad which is better.
